Great sound, but awkward fit on the ears

They provide good sound (as all Bose products do), but they are awkward to use and don't fit the greatest on your ears.

These earbuds are GREAT! They are so comfortable, I forget I’m wearing them when I don’t have music on. They stay on securely too! Great sound. Wonderful when you need to hear what’s going on around you.

I bought these a month around a month ago and they are nice but, they are a bit finicky. i have to re-dock them a lot to get both earbuds to work. i would like to discuss exchanging them due to the problems im having.

Fantastic design that delivers

These actually stay in my ears. I've purchased cheap ear buds, expensive ear buds, and "fit every ear" replacement pads and can't get anything to stick in my ear. The various devices I've tried hurt after 30 min wearing and have a tendency to pop out. I can comfortably wear these for hours! The sound is magnificent and I can hear what's going on around me. These are NOT noise canceling, but rather allow immersive music while remaining aware of what's going on around you.

Not what i expected

These earphones fall from my ears when running and they are really not loud i find my self trying to put up the volume when its at max already these ear phones are ok at best
