Amazing sound quality

Love these so far. I cannot use in-ear buds as they dont stay in. These are the only earbuds I've found that stay on my ear, lightweight and comfortable. I was shocked with the sound quality. Good battery life as I've used them about a dozen times and still full.

love these earbuds! Only still getting used to the fact that it does not go into the ear cavity, it sits outside of it, but I'm blown away at the quality of sound it has! like I said, LOVE THEM!

I love these! You can hear what’s happening around you and your music at the same time. They are lightweight and you almost forget you have them on. The sound is what I’ve come to expect from Bose.

Sound is great

I bought these about a month ago and I love them. I have very small ears and only buds that come over the ear will stay in until now. You don’t even realize you have anything on your ears. Hooks up easily to iPhone and the sound is awesome!

Doesn't go far enough into the ear.. Music sounds good, but a phone conversation is too low..

It sounds like something hasn't connected correctly or audio routing is incorrect on the phone, so, I'd recommend visiting this page to troubleshoot this: https://support.bose.com/s/display-articles?productId=01t8c00000OlcI5AAJ&articleId=ka08c000001bujeAAA&language=en_US.
Also, firmware update 4.0.22 has been released, bringing enhancements to your far-end call performance via improved voice pickup. Try installing this update (or later) via the Bose app, and see if the issue improves.

Quality of sound

I gave it four stars because the sound is not as good as if it was inside the ear although I know it is open air I like more quality of sound
