A little disappointed, in overall volume & phone.

Very good sound quality, listening to music lacking volume however. And answering phone calls was an afterthought very weak. Does not have announcement of who’s calling which again for the price it should.

I'm happy that you like the sound of the Ultra Open Earbuds. Despite the open-ear design, you should still hear your music with plenty of volume. Great sound quality

The earbuds’ sound quality and noise cancellation is top notch. The immersive feature is great for watching movies or listening to acoustics. However, the fit is strange and I don’t care for the over the earlobe design. They remind me of gauges from 2010. I have small lobes and they slip.These ear buds are great for music but, not picking up calls because they disconnect from my device.

Great earbuds

I've been using these Bose Ultra Open Earbuds now for about two weeks. I must say, when I ordered them I was skeptical because I work in a factory and thought the lack of noise cancelling would be an issue. I love the design and fit of the wrap around earbuds instead of the typical in ear earbuds which seem to give me ear infections because I wear them so much. Listening to music in the factory is perfect even without noise cancelling, I can hear everything around me and turn the music down just enough to hear it in the background. The adaptive volume works great, meaning as you go in and out of higher background noise areas the volume automatically adjusts. The only drawback to these earbuds is that if you listen to a lot of podcasts, the higher volume background noise can wash out the spoken voice, but not so with music. Overall I am very happy with these earbuds! I would highly recommend them!

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the feel and open-ear design! The Ultra Open Earbuds can take some getting used to, but you should soon forget you're even wearing them.
Also, in most environments, people around you won't hear your music, or they won't be able to hear any detail unless they're very close to you.

Bought the earbud’s about a month ago. Amazing! Bose has never disappointed. Bought a set of 301 bookshelf speakers in the early 80’s. Still in service. Also 120 series outdoor speakers. And Acoustimass. Keep up the great work!
