Great sound and fit

I bought a pair for my wife and she loves them. The fit was comfortable and the sound is fantastic. The Apple AirPods have become her backup, if she can the right AirPod that kept falling out of her ear.

Horrible microphone for calls. The other party 90% of the time can't hear you or understand what are you saying.

Great sound, concerns about replacement parts.

I never would have spent this much on earbuds, but the sale price and the open style was something I was looking for. The sound quality is excellent, and they are very comfortable. My main concern is that the silicone piece, that wraps around your ear, is going to break after repetitive use. If this was to happen, and I have seen it happen before on other products of the same material, how do you replace it? My husband has the full headphones, and he has had to replace the earpieces twice due to the material cracking and disintegrating. I'm not even sure if you could purchase a replacement piece and for the cost of this, I in no way consider them disposable. They also seem to disconnect from my phone, and I keep having to delete them and then pair them again. I have rebooted by phone. Also, when I use them and then use them again later, all the settings have returned to the original factory settings. This is not after pairing them again. I like them very much, I just don't want to buy another pair a year or two down the road.

Very good but…

I bought these very expensive earphones and because of the shape and size of my ears, they do not get the sound into my ear canal well no matter how much I fiddle with them. What I end up hearing is mids to highs and just a little bass. If I manually turn my ears inward the bass becomes rich and beautiful. They are a great idea but not for everyone. They are very nice but now I’m stuck with earphones that I won’t use much if at all…and I really couldn’t afford them in the first place, so I’m pretty bummed.

Still getting used to the features

I love the design but i have a hard time with the volume. Phone calls haven’t been great but i love music with these!

I got a new iPhone 17 pro max and my old Bose ear buds would sync up then turn off. So I decided to get a new pair and I love them!

These were a gift and now I get an email stating buy one get one reconditioned free. Upset that was not an option when I purchased.
