amazing music quality but horrible for phone calls

This is the first open ear buds I’ve had and so far, I’m pretty impressed! there’s something about noise cancelling headphones that I don’t love and these open earbuds work better for my lifestyle (WFH 3 days/week). The music quality is incredible and works really well during my strength training sessions (no falling out of my ear). The only con I have for these is the phone quality is atrocious. it’s so bad that my husband had to return his pair since he needs dependable headphones for his job (he was so bummed because he loved everything else!) The sound quality of the phone call if you are using these is honestly just so bad. My main use for these are not for making phone calls but if that’s what you’re buying these for, I would not recommend. Bose, please work on your phone call quality! your headphones would have no competition if you just fixed that :)

Excellent product great features

Bought these a few weeks ago. Just what I needed - Bluetooth earbuds that don't go into my ear canal. Excellent sound and yet I can hear what's happening around me (if I choose to pay attention to it).

These are the earbuds I’ve been waiting for! I hate ill-fitting earbuds and have plenty in a drawer somewhere. Sound is excellent and I don’t have to worry able them falling out of my ear. I enjoy them so much that I bought a pair as a gift and another for my travel bag.

I love the style of these earbuds! The sound is nice and very clear. I notice if you wear it all day your earlobe can get a little sore since it gets wrapped around. I wish when you pick up your calls that the calls would be louder and clear. That's the only downside I would say. Other than that, they are beautiful and love the sound quality and don't have to worry that I'll lose it like my Apple AirPods!

I am thoroughly impressed with these earbuds and have purchased my second pair to keep at a separate location for convenient use when my primary pair is unavailable. I have also gifted a pair to my wife for Christmas. One of the standout features is the excellent transparency mode, which allows me to enjoy music while remaining fully aware of my surroundings. Highly recommended.
