Can the talking volume is low

I love the cuffed earbuds because of how they stay in place on my ear. The musical sound is amazing, The music is clear and the volume is adjustable. I love listening to music on them and exercising. BUT the sound and volume when talking, such as answering the phone is very low and the volume adjustment is poor. I have looked up how to adjust the volume for talking and I did everything suggested and it remains uncomfortably low. i feel like I have to strain to have a simple conversation. I do not have that issue with my Bose overear headphones. It is perplexing because the music volume is phenomenal but the taking volume is trash.

Great sounds !

Excellent sound 👌. There are comfortable .Great colour choice,( Midnight Violet) super easy to connect. There earbuds have seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. This open design is a major win,allowing me to stay connect to what's happening around me.

Great product but not perfect

I bought these this month and I’ve used them almost every day at work and they are great! However, wearing them for long periods of time do begin to discomfort around the 4 hour mark. Also, after 4 hours of use battery is at 50%; which compared to other earbuds, is not optimal.

Poor sound quality

I purchased the open earbuds about an month now and like the comfort. I have issues with earbuds staying in place. That said the sound quality is poor. I believe the reason is the area across the ear lob is to large (from the outer edge to the start of the ear opening) which pulls the earbud further out then what would be optimal. My wife uses them as well with no issues. I am undecided as to keeping them.
Are there different sizes?

Replacement buds

This was a replacement set for the original set that I somehow managed to lose. If this product wasn't excellent I would have gone somewhere else. But Bose is great!!

Great addition for my lifestyle

At first I didn't think open air earbuds were worth it, because what was the point of earbuds if I couldn't hear everything fully? But then I started encountering times in my day to day where I wish I was able to hear a bit more of my surroundings. For example, I walk my dog everyday multiple times a day. Sometimes when I listen to music with my noise cancelling earbuds, I'll miss a cyclist or a runner whizzing by me, and I feel bad because if I knew they were behind me I would move over, especially since my dog is really big. I also noticed I would get startled by people when I'm at work when I have my headphones in, because I really cannot hear anything with my normal earbuds. Similarly, at the gym I've been startled a couple of times when someone would ask me if I was using a machine. I decided I wanted to be more aware of my surroundings. So, I saw that they were on sale and I decided to just give it a try and I was actually really impressed. First of all, the music quality is actually so much better than I thought it'd be. My impression was that it'd be a watered down version of the music, but it gives me a really full sound. The open airs are also SUPER comfortable. They cuff around my ear perfectly and aim the earpiece perfectly into my ear canal. With my noise cancelling earbuds, sometimes I would have to take them out because my ear would get a bit uncomfortable but these are super comfortable.
Some reasons it may not be a 5 star:
I've only had these for a month, so I can't speak for longevity. They seem to hold a charge really well though, since I got them about month ago and they still haven't run out of battery. I asked my family members to try them on, but my sister said it didn't cuff around her ear very well and it was uncomfortable. It's too bad you can't try these on before you buy them, but they fit my ears perfectly.

I like them but there’s no way to track the earphones. I don’t like that.

If your looking for Bose earbuds that don’t cancel out surrounding noise yet you can still hear good quality music or pod casts, these are the ones to buy!
