Constantly disconnect randomly , battery dies fast. For 300 it s bad quality

These earbuds are designed to offer up to 7 hours of playtime (or up to 4 hours with Immersive Audio or Auto Volume), up to 48 hours of standby, and an additional 19.5 hours of battery life with the charging case. I had already purchased the Quiet Comfort earbuds and loved them. Saw the open version and thought I'd try them. They are my new favorite earbuds!! Love your products!!!

The Bose headphones I just returned couldn't compare to the open ear earbuds. Just a little awkward to clasp onto ear.

They not what i was expected

I expected them to be heard very well. In fact, they have a good sound, but when it came to making a call, I didn't hear the other person very well. It's hard for me to hear.
