best earbuds I ever had

I bought this and they don’t seem to fit on my ears correctly, sound isn’t too great.

Excellent sound Immersion is amazing just a little hard to get in right of ear each. Sometimes louder than other times. Small thing. Trying to help. Just an excellent sound. Bose is incredible.

I bought these a month ago and I am not happy. The fit into my ear is not right and it reduce sound quality.
