Great sound. Battery life not as good as claimed

I love their bass! The overall sound is excellent. My only complain may be that it seems to take a little to get the sound right. Also, I would like its battery to last at least another hour or two.

Bought these as a birthday gift for my wife. Even though there's no ANC I feel they don't need it. They're super loud and it sounds like there's a speaker right in your lap.

Problem with fit

Good alternative to in or over ear headphones. Unfortunately, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds do not fit for all ear shapes. For my ears, the buds do not stay on and easily slip off. The sound is excellent. Unfortunately, the fit didn't fit unless there is some way to overcome this problem

Good for music only

I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks and love the lightweight and comfort they provided. I always love the open ear as it allows me to be aware of the surrounding and love this design. It is great only for listening to music. The call quality is bad and the other person can barely understand what I’m saying. Similar problem occur with listening to podcasts/audio books. It’s difficult to understand the conversational tone, especially when commuting or being in a loud train.
