Love Bose! Just not a fan of this product

I LOVE all of my Bose products, and have 6 sets of speakers, and 4 sets of earbuds and headphones. However, the Ultra Open Ear Buds are very different and not my thing at all. Poor sound, low sound settings, and hard to communicate properly. I will be reaching out to Bose with the hopes of exchanging for another quality Bose product.

Really good of the design

Good sound quality, They stay on your ear real well, I use them while biking and they don't fall off. Only took a day to get used to. These are open headphones so just remember, no sound cancelling and these aren't going to be the greatest for loud environments, but they are great for their normal use

No noise cancellation. Sound is not loud as it should be for in ear. I had a pair before that did all of that and change on my wireless pad. Was hoping these would be an improvement but I really wish I found and replaced the ones I lost

Just a heads-up the Ultra Open Earbuds don’t include noise-cancelling. They’re designed to keep you aware of your surroundings while still delivering great sound.

I bought this product and it’s great for listening to music and long battery life but when you make phone calls they cut in and out and people on the other line can’t hear you that well
