Not as good as I expected it to be

Sound quality is not quite what I expected and during phone calls, people are telling me they have a really hard time hearing me. Also, after about 30 minutes it starts to hurt the spot, it seats on my ear. I expected a lot more from a Bose product

I am an active person with small ears. Wearing earbuds inside my ears is uncomfortable and doesn't allow me to hear ambient noise. I bought these as an alternative to my Shokz which are fantastic - except for the band around the lower part of my neck. These have a great fit. You hardly notice them. The sound is INCREDIBLE! I really like the pop of color (I chose the ruby ones). I read on another review that they seem to get tighter when you sweat. I did notice that as well. In a way, it made me feel more secure. I would hate for one of these to get lost on a run! Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

My lost ear buds

They were okay,I wish they were just a little longer and clasped better on the ear. I also feel that with a lost stolen issue the whole thing (case and ear buds) should be replaced.
