Great but could use some work

Great sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received these as a gift for Father’s Day. Sound quality is great. Fit around ear is comfortable however does not fit into ear canal. Works wonderfully for workouts and immersive music feature is unique.

Daily connection issues. Since i've bought them, I cannot get them to connect to my phone consistently.

Great idea

It’s been a little over a month I believe that I’ve had these. I really do enjoy the idea and concept of this device. I use them at work. But I only have one in one ear. It allows me to clearly hear my music in the background while I work. Sometimes I just need something going on in the background so that I can work efficiently. This also allows me to hear Most people talking to me. It’s easy to stop the music when I need to listen to who ever may approach me. The sound quality is great. My only issue is that when I walk away from my phone which is about 40 to 50 feet, it begins to search for my phone. After about a minute, it disconnects from my phone. And then I have to get back to my phone and reconnect either through the app or Bluetooth. Like most any other Bluetooth device, they seem to automatically reconnect. This is one disadvantage of having the Bose device. You have to manually reconnect. and I love the maroonish color that I purchased. And I can’t even tell if they’re in my ear. And they hang on really well.

I’ve tried multiple brands. These are extremely comfortable, stay in place no matter how hard I’m working out, and have amazing sound quality.

Cool buds but to many issues

I’ve had mine for maybe a month, give or take. I love the style/design, how they go in the ear, the open ear concept, and the sound is pretty good. Cons being, people not being able to fully hear me and me having to adjust constantly or just talk through the phone to have a clear conversation, my ears are super small and sometimes the left ear bud feels like it’s going to fall out when I’m working out, and sometimes I get a static interruption from the buds when listening to music which is concerning, plus the price is to heavy for this many issues. Maybe at a cheaper price I wouldn’t make a big deal but can’t accept it. Plus I’ve asked for the return package and still have yet to receive it so I could send the buds back.
