Comfort yes, phone calls no

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Bose ultra open earbuds looking to increase sound quality over bone conduction headphones.
In quiet locations they are an upgrade but difficult to hear in noisy environments.
For music they are an improvement however conversations are more difficult than bone conduction as your open ear is competing. Similar to Shokz open run pro two, as they combine bone conduction and air conduction.
If you need to use them for phone calls look elsewhere as the microphone picks up so much background noise and hollow sounding to the caller. Audio volume is unusable in a noisy environment and still difficult to hear in quiet locations for phone calls.
All day comfort is a nine out of 10 , so if your main use is in a quiet environment and comfort then yes.

Great but….

I just wish that they were a little bigger or had a little bit more give when they wrap around the outside of the ear for different ear sizes. They start hurting after a while on my ear. Also, I noticed when you have them both in one will cut out and then come back and then the other will cut out and come back. I don’t know if that’s normal or what.

Exactly what my small ears needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because of my small ears I have not been able to find earbuds that would fit comfortably and stay put. Then I saw these and thought “that looks exactly like what I need.” Of course they sound great because they are Bose! The only drawback is that they are not wireless charging capable.
