Software is terrible

Hardware is great comfy and great sound. Problem is the software. It acts wonky at best. Pickup no sound on calls until they go back in the case. Stops playing. Music until it is repaired to the device. Fire that whole department

Worth the money

I bought these open earbuds 3 weeks ago. Best purchase ever. I hate wearing traditional earbuds since they fall out. These earbuds stay in place no matter how i move my head. Sound is great. I was afraid that since they are not noise canceling i would hear everything around me. On the contrary the noise around me is minimal.

Love the sound quality and comfort. They didn't fall, they don't hurt and best of all they blend in very well most people don't realize I'm wearing them. It's great!
