cons: weird Bluetooth hiccup, sometimes don't sync to each other, no loop on case
overall, I love the Bose sound quality and find these superior to earplug style earbuds

So happy I purchased these. I have small ears, and have such a hard time finding a comfortable fit.... I finally found it! They stay on my ear securely also.

Not what I expected from Bose. Fit around ear is small. Due to the style and size, they don’t feel secure on the ears. Because these are designed to fit on the ear and not in the ear, sound quality suffers. Far less full bass sound then other Bose ear buds. Also having consistent connectivity issues when using for phone calls. These do not always pick up the inbound calls. I usually need to switch manually make the connection between phone and the ear buds.

I can hear the other person but the other person hears the background more than they hear me

I purchased my Bose about a month ago and I really enjoy them. They are light and very comfortable. The only negative that I have is how they lack in volume. They are hard to hear when around loud machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds. The battery lasts forever. They are very comfortable and I don't even notice they are there. I have several piercings on my ears and the earbuds don't conflict with any of them. I love the tactile buttons on the back which are intuitive and easy to use. It's really nice being able to carry my sound with me while still being aware of my surroundings.
