I love the way they feel comfortable and flush on my ears and I’m able to listen to the world around me. I can listen to my music and stories and be able to listen to my surroundings while I’m working or just out and about. These are great and a very needed investment.

In case there is an issue with the device memory, clear it and then try to reconnect the device. Amazing sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazed by the sound quality being that these are open earbuds but I shouldn’t have expected less from Bose. Sound quality is as good as you would expect if they were typical earbuds stuck in your ear but with these you can remain aware and hear sounds around you. Took a minute to get used to putting them on but once you do it’s very easy; it’s just different than sticking something in your ear. I would recommend these to anyone that wants to remain aware of their surroundings while still listening to music etc.

“Top-notch comfort and sound”

Hard to talk on phone with them

Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ear buds. I forget that I have them most of the time. They are comfortable and when talking on the phone my voice can be heard. The only issue I have is trying to turn the volume and fast forwarding when listening to music. The buttons are confusing to use.
