Great features, Just Reconnecting is a pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and so far I love it. The only minus is that it has a hard time reconnecting to a device when you have it paired to more than two. Other than that it is so far great, my ears don't hurt from wearing it for many hours and I am able to hear conversations without having to take the earbuds off.

I won’t agree it is great

Amazing Sound and Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a month ago and they are by far the best sounding headphones I have ever owned. They are comfortable and don’t hurt my ears since they don’t go inside the ear canal. Would recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a Christmas gift. The fit is great. These are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever had. I’m a cyclist and a runner and for safety reasons I would only wear the right earbud so I can hear the world around me. The Ultra open earbuds solved this issue. I can finally listen to music in stereo but still hear the world around me.

Bose never disappoints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My earbuds were a Mothers Day gift this year. I have quite an array of Bose products through our home and recording studio. Bose has always been top quality and has never let me down. The ear buds are fabulous and the array of colors are as well!

iPhone lost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought them less than a month ago and they work well, I was surprised at the sound quality of the earbuds. I walked away from my IPhone about 200 or so feet and the earbuds said my phone was lost. Ever since it done that they will not stay connected to my phone it looses the BT signal or something. I reset my phone and will see if that fixes the issue.

The Bluetooth range of the Ultra Open earbuds is up to 30 feet (9 meters). If your earbuds are now not staying connected to your iPhone I would suggest clearing the Bluetooth list of your earbuds and iPhone, following these steps in order to reset their connection: https://bose.life/4kGDU2n
