Call sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed listening to music with ultra but when I used them for phone calls sound quality was horrible it didn't matter how I places them in my ear, when I called support they didn't have the answer when I wanted to exchange them for a different earbud they told me I would have to return them first wait for a credit then repurchase a different earbud that was alot of unnecessary steps

Great feel low level function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that they were open and had a great feeling of almost nothing on my ear. The downside is the phone use is awful. At a $300 price point they should have high cross functionality. These should retail more around $99

Should have bought a different set

Piercing Friendly!

Happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these because I was looking for open ear or bone conduction earbuds/headphones. Typical in ear earbuds hurt my ears no matter the style, size, or cushion type. They are very comfortable and have great sound. Works as advertised. I will say if I am in a loud environment I do have to switch to on ear or something along those lines to hear the music/videos I am streaming but I am distracted easily by noises around me so I think that may be a me thing more than a design thing.
