Fit Design Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I had to return the earphones, as the Open-ear design is not conducive to varying ear dimensions, consequently not permitting a fit that allows the drivers to be directly adjacent to the ear canal, which causes low amplitude, even with volume at maximum, which then distorts negatively. But,I then bought the in ear Ultras, which were very good.

To get the sound quality i have to hold these so the inside part gets closer to my canal and the outside piece is where it should be. I've tried every combination possible, they do not fit my ear, at least not so that the sound is what it should be. The giveaway is everyone around you hears them better than you.
