[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once connected the sound is fantastic, but reconnecting to different devices or going on and off work calls shows its latency issues. I’d overlook that and rate five stars but the microphone is horrendous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great product. It doesn't cause any ear discomfort. When I put it on, I don't feel like I'm wearing earphones. It's extremely comfortable for my ears. I'm thoroughly enjoying it.

They’re ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a month ago. I like them because they actually stay in my ears. When listening to music, they sound great! But I’m finding that the volume isn’t loud enough when I’m on the phone. That’s my only gripe.

Gave away my Apple AirPods, and I am a loyal Apple Gal, but not Apple, not Beats, not any brand can come close to the quality of the sound that comes out of these. The design is awesome and I love the color I got “Lilac”
