[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and when I am on a call, people complain that I am breaking up or they can’t hear me clearly. They also say I sound muffled. It is so frustrating.

app frozen. tried uninstalling and reinstalling x 3. Volume control not working, too quiet and app is not working. I regret buying them for the high cost, they are not working at all.

I love my Bose Ultra Open Earbuds because they are comfortable and stay in place. They don't go in your ear, so they don't cause any pain or irritation.
