Bose failed me

Right off the top I've had issues. Delayed connection and receiver cannot hear me many of times during the call. Called support for help and they couldn't do anything so they said I need to swap them out free of charge. I asked for quicker shipment or something and they said no. I expected so much for this item and Bose, took me a couple months to finally pull the trigger and I'm so disappointed.

I purchased this item a few weeks ago and as always I am totally satisfied with my purchase. This is my 3rd purchase (2 items for me and one a gift for a friend). I and my friend love the items fro Bose. The noise canceling ear buds are amazing and these are amazing because I can hear my surroundings but still can clearly hear the sound from my ear buds. Forever a customer!

Amazing earbuds!

These earbuds are fantastic for what they are. They are not noise canceling but you definitely have no problem hearing the full scope of the sound while still being aware of your surroundings. These would be ideal for you if you are out on a walk, at the gym, on a plane, etc. The immersion mode is amazing as it completely keeps the sound directly in front of you, so you definitely get a consistent amazing sound. The design of these are excellent for people who don't or can't wear earbuds inserted in your ear, as they sit outside the canal but still give you amazing sound. They are lightweight, easily slide up and down on the back of your ear so you can adjust the way you hear your sounds. Once placed in your perfect spot, they do not move at all. You will not have to worry about them falling off, they definitely won't! They are so comfortable and lightweight that you might forget you even have them on! The battery lasts a long time and quickly charges when needed. As someone who struggles wearing regular style earbuds, I highly recommend getting these! You won't be disappointed!

Both my wife and I purchased these earbuds.
These are the best earbuds I have used. Excellent on our morning walk with our dogs. We are able to hear our music while being able to hear the dogs and sounds around us.
They are so comfortable it is easy to forget you are wearing them. The sound quality is as good as any other earbuds without over-emphasizing the base as some earbuds do. The entire tonal range is well balanced.

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds solve a couple problems I have always had with wireless earbuds, all day comfort and passive noise cancellation. Sometimes I want to block out the world around me, but more often I find myself wanting to enjoy what I am listening too while I interact with things going on around me. Also most every earbud relies on friction fit to the inner ear canal, which always over time either becomes irritating or the fit eventually wears out to the point the buds wont stay in place. Bose has addressed both of these issues for me and provided incredible sound quality that is immersive while still staying connected to the world around me.

Great Erarbuds

I bought these recently & only tested them out twice, but overall very impressed. Once scanning the q.r. code they seamlessly connect to my Samsung Ultra 24. I was in a quiet living room, but the sound was fantastic. They are extremely comfortable wearing them(even though it was less than an hour) & they look so elegant. These are a great alternative to buds you stick in your ear canal, I don't like the feel of those so these are extremely great.
