[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought they were ok. When I got a phone call it was hard to hear a person talking. I thought the sport open ear buds that went around the ear are a lot better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is great, they are very easy to use, and I loved that you don't have to actually plug in inside your ears.
Unfortunately my first pair stopped working after 2 months. I claim a replacement and the process was easy and fast ( good point). The replacement have been working ok, but I had a issue with one of the earbud that has no battery, not sure why, after charging the case it seems to be working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound quality and volume range! Eventully these do hurt my ears sometimes. Never slip off though! I use mostly in an office where I need to hear what is around me at the same time. However these are also perfect for walks/runs/working out because they don't slip off and take hours to hurt my ears.

Better than expected, even from Bose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as a Christmas present for my wife and they are so good my daughter immediately had to have a pair as well. The sound quality is absolutely amazing, even better than several other older Bose products I compare everything to. It literally sounds like you sitting in front of the stage listening to your favorite artists. All of this with the ability to hear important things around you as well such as traffic, or someone trying to get your attention make these the best choice for running and outside activities.
Overall truly impressive. And will grab my own pair soon as well!
