Game changer. Great sound quality, especially with the Immersion mode. A wonderful secure fit that doesn’t require in ear canal insertion. Allows for musical enjoyment with full awareness of your surroundings.

Wish a better fit for smaller ears

I love Bose because of the sound and quality. I have several styles of Bose earbuds and headphones. I decided to try the open bud design and I love the ease of use and sound, but I wish they were adjustable for smaller ears.

No better open earbuds out there

Honestly, I have waited for years for the perfect open earbuds from any manufacturer, and these were 150% worth the wait! My ears are extremely difficult to fit so in-ear buds are not an option. These are comfortable, allow atmospheric noise so I can walk comfortably with my dogs and still hear what's going on around me, and the sound quality is 100% Bose. I'm convinced there are no better open earbuds out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these, about a month ago, have mixed feelings about them. They are very comfortable. Talking on phone, using earbuds, person I am talking to, always say having problems, understanding and hearing what I am saying.
