I purchased it to be given as a gift to my husband but he found it uncomfortable to wear therefore I will be returning it for a full refund. Sorry.

I bought this and almost immediately noticed a problem with the left earbud, latency issues and bass issues, and had to return them and I’m in the process of getting a new pair with the warranty.

Ike the open earbuds. The in ear buds always made my ear hurt and the open ones do not the sound quality is up to Bose standards and they are very comfortable to wear. I had problems with the quiet comfort earbuds connecting and staying connected these open earbuds connect easily and never lose connection

Awesome hearing!!!

These are amazing. I use them when I work out at 2a.m. they make it where I can here other things if they come into gym. I feel safer being able to hear. Then I am also able to use them at work and also hear other things if I need too.

Game changer for the visually impaired!

I'm visually impaired and use public transport or walk everywhere. I like listening to music and podcasts but using full noise cancelling earbuds even in "abient" or "aware" modes I am still unable to hear what is going on around me. I bought these because I like Bose brand and thought I would try them. They are brilliant!! I hear my media clearly and most importantly there is no intereference to the background noise I rely on, traffic etc. They are very lightweight, phone quality is pretty good, usual Bose quality. The biggest issue I have is that they are so unobtrusive I forget Im wearing them and when I take my sweater off they get knocked off my ears. Which if you read the first sentence makes them hard to find!! Not the earbuds fault though. To be clear they are not noise cancelling, they work in a noisy airport but are not loud enought for use on the plane. If your phone has an eq setting in its app playing around with that can really dial them in for your best sound. I really like them, use them all the time and will probably get a second set when they go on sale.
