Surprisingly Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these for a few weeks now, and I have to say. I couldn't be more disappointed in the purchase of these headphones. I expected more than what I got. I expect for headphones that are over $250.00 to meet the basic quality regarding connectivity, call connections, everyday life type things. But this fell short by a long shot. I have Samsung Galaxy Headphones and I have to say the connection never fails, the sound is superb and the clarity is bar none so far. I have had more complaints from people on the other end of the phone. Sometimes they won't connect when I am trying to answer calls.
I will say the Pro's are that it has great sound when connected. I feel free and no ear pain.
Expectations: if you are going to be a leading company for your equipment, I strongly urge you to be more in line with some competitors to your product.
I will be purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Pro 3 to see if this is going to be better than what these are. I am sad and disappointed.

The comfort fit is like no other earbud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these ear buds about a month ago and I am so relieved that I don’t have to shove ear buds into my earrings anymore! My ears can breathe while I am listening to music and talking on the phone. Now this is a comfortable earbud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my open ear buds for a few weeks now and love them! They’re super comfortable - can’t even feel them on my ears. I’ve never been able to use regular ear buds due to them not being comfortable or not fitting properly. I’m so happy I can finally wear a pair of ear buds. I like that I can be aware of what’s going on around me while listening - perfect for walks out by myself and feeling safe.
