[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the sand color and the open ear so I can hear my surroundings. I don’t like something in my ear canal, it gets irritating. Sound is excellent, I like the app with the equalizer to adjust the sound the way I like.

A Must Have for Moms!

These earbuds are incredible! I am a stay at home mom with 7 kids, ages 12,10, 8, two 4 year olds, 2, and 8 months. Needless to say my house is loud with kids noise most of the time. These earbuds give me the best of both worlds! When I wear them I can tune out some of the noise but still be present enough to know what’s going on in the house. I can hear my family speaking and I can answer them back all while dulling the noise of kids shows or clicking toys. I don’t wear mine for long periods of time, maybe 30 min to and hour at a time, but they are so comfortable I could wear them for much longer if I wanted to. Every mom needs a pair of these!!

A New Good Experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to try out the open earbud concept, and purchased refurbished to save some money since I heard good things about Bose's refurbished program. My other earbuds tend to fall out of my ears when I'm moving around or active, and these stay in place really well. I also really prefer to use the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds for meetings, so I can hear myself in the conversation in a more natural way, instead of only being able to use one earbud or hearing my own voice muffled in meetings previously. These are the most expensive earbuds I've ever purchased by far, but for around $200 refurbished I am very happy with them so far. I'm not sure I would pay the full new price, but I appreciate that refurbished is offered for that reason.

No pain and great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these for a couple weeks and they were just what I needed. Due to my multiple ear piercings regular in ear buds are difficult to use in painful over her period of time. I had tried the type of headphones that send the music waves through your bones, but I didn't like how that felt or sounded. This directional Speaker sounds really good even though it's not right in my ear. And I can wear them for long periods of time without any pain. I wish the battery life was a little bit longer. Since I have online classes that combiner about five hours and I have had instances where my battery starts to run low before class ends, but that is rare. overall I'm happy with this.
I got the blue ones and I kind of wish I picked a more fun color because they do feel like an accessory I can wear for style purposes. But since I bought these at a store and they were limited with their inventory, I only could choose between black white and blue. If I bought them online, I would've had more color choices.

Works good for what I wanted them for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought myself these earbuds for Christmas and they work fine for what I wanted them for. I don’t like to completely shut out the world because I like to be aware of my surroundings. These are great for that! However, if you want to be completely immersed in your music, these are not for you. I did also have to send them back once already, thankfully there is a warranty, because the connection from 1 earbud to the other was delayed. I received my new earbuds very quickly which was nice but even my new one seem to have the same issue so it might just be the way they are. When I play my music, there is a few seconds of a delay before the music starts. It almost sounds a bit like static before it connects completely to both earbuds. Not awful, but definitely not a seamless connection.
