Boss over ear headphones

I boughtbthis about 2 weeks ago and I sm do pleased. The fact that I can hear my surroundings while I have them on is great, but even though they say they're not noise but they are if you raise the volume, I love that I can us e it both ways. Absolutely a great buy and totally recommend them.

Great Sound and Exceptional for Workouts

This is the second pair of I've purchased as the first ones wore out and were out of warranty and not worth getting fixed. I wore the previous pair almost daily for running; it is extremely humid here and the earbuds faired well.

I'm glad you asked. I haven't been able to keep my right earbud charged. I've had it plugged in and it hasn't worked for 3 days

Issues with my earbuds

As soon as I got it out of the box, I was already experiencing weird static noises. Volume randomly mutes itself even though it shows that my music is still playing, the ear buds are still connected, and it shows the volume bar of which music should be coming out. To fix this issue, I have to repeatedly put it back in its case and take it back out about 4 to 5 times just to make it fully disconnect since it doesn't connect when I turn off bluetooth which is very annoying. Often times, it tells me its connected to one of my device when it isn't so I have to turn off bluetooth and turn it back on. Sometimes when I have these earbuds in for about 4+ hours, it starts irritating my ears which makes it very uncomfortable. For the price of these earbuds, it is very disappointing.

Hi there,
It is odd that you're having trouble with the earbuds out of the box. One thing I would make sure of is that you have removed the small plastic films that are on the inside of the charging case. They are there as part of packaging, and if not removed, they can affect charging and powering off of the earbuds. This can then cause unexpected behavior if the earbuds are remaining connected when inside the case. Horrible quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love design. Great for listening to music! Now, the quality of phone calls is HORRIBLE! I can hear perfectly but the individual I am calling informs that they have a difficult time hearing me. Voice sounds as though I am in a Tunnel. So, I asked my husband to call me using my earbuds, guess what I could not hear him.Quality of calls is far less then poor. Sadly this is a replacement, problems haven’t changed. So sad. What happened to Bose quality? Zero stars!

It's great to hear you were impressed by the design and sound reproduction of the buds for music, but I'm sorry to learn you had problems with phone calls. Some key things I'd recommend checking if this happens are that you're still within close Bluetooth range of your smartphone, and that your bud is correctly inserted in the ear. Improper fit can result in the microphone not being pointed toward your mouth, which may result in poorer quality calls/external sounds being picked up instead of your voice.
