Not for phone calls!!

These are great for music but when you allow connectivity to mobile phones; you should ensure that part works equally as well. During mobile calls; the other end goes silent; where you think the call has dropped or you are screaming at the top of your lungs and the caller on the other end can not hear a thing. This happens within 5 minutes of every single phone call. Very annoying. I was super hyped to receive them but very disappointed day 1.

Just what i was looking for! Earbuds that I can wear with no discomfort. Sound quality is good and I like being able to hear what's going around me but just with little speakers right in my ears. As others have said, you wouldn't want these if you are in a super loud environment or want to shut out other sounds. But these are perfect for me!

Ear buds for a runner

This is another great Bose product. I was initially concerned that the design would not hold the buds in place while I run but that’s not the case. They are very secure once they are on and again, the sound quality is excellent.

This is my 4th boss wireless earbuds I have purchased 3 were gifted to friends...so that's the best way to answer the question for my thoughts about Bose wireless ear buds.

I bought these a month ago and it took me a bit to find the "sweet spot" but once I found it I have been happy ever since. I am extremely hard of hearing and wear hearing aids that are connected to my phone so I cannot use the Earbuds while wearing the hearing aids but other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

Perfect for different needs

I have a teenager, and while this should be self-explanatory, let me explain. She hasn’t taken off her headphones for more than a few minutes in over four years. I was so frustrated at constantly having to text her whenever she was needed, and the in-ear headphones caused a lot of stubborn earwax build-up that we had to deal with.
So I got her the Bose Open Ear headphones—and just like before, they haven’t come off. But this time, at least she can hear her surroundings. She’s still able to enjoy her music and podcasts, but now she can respond when someone calls her, hear me without shouting, and even stay aware of what’s happening around her.
As a parent, that’s a huge relief. No more isolation, no more ear problems—just a happy teenager who still gets her constant soundtrack, and a parent who doesn’t feel ignored.
Because of this, I got a second pair for myself. I had the previous in ear Bose and it never quite fit right. These solve that issue for me and I am overall extremely satisfied.

So disappointed!!! In these open ear buds

I have had the worst experience with these headphones the connection sucks, this is my 4th pair and still having issues with people hearing me, they either breaking up during conversations or I sound muffled like I'm far away talking making it difficult for them to understand me. I love the style but the connection is horrible for phone calls I will not be looking to invest in another pair of bose
