These are the only ear buds which actually fit my ears and that stay in place. They have excellent sound quality and are comfortable!

Great feel on the ear

Great feel on the ear. Very comfortable. However, the volume seems kind of low and when I’m using them to talk on the phone they will just randomly switch from the earbuds to my phone. This has happened multiple times.

The music sounds good though

I have them for about 3 weeks now and the battery doesn’t last long and when I take calls the other person tells me I sound choppy

The battery will last for 7 hours with Immersive Audio off, for 4 hours with it on, and for 3 hours with Immersive Audio and Auto Volume on. As for phone calls, make sure you're running the latest firmware for your earbuds; firmware version 4.0.22 was released to improve the customer's call experience. I bought one for me and one for a Christmas present. So far I am loving these open ultra earbuds. Besides the music, I am able to hear noises outside too. Very safe and comfortable. The earbuds stay safely attached to your ear and don’t fall off when I sprint during my walk. Battery life is long too so I don’t constantly have to recharge them. Excellent product.

These are perfect for the gym and for listening to books while out for a walk. Really comfortable, secure, and they don’t interfere with my glasses. Sound quality is excellent.
