[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on my second pair, because the first pair had some software issues requiring a replacement. They work well overall and are so comfortable. I actually considering returning these as well - they do not auto-pause when you take them out of your ears, and if they're not in your ears or the case, they will still be chosen to play when you thought it would be your phone. Alas, they're too comfortable to give up.

Great earbuds - need some improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds. They fit great. I didn't have to worry about the ear pain I get from in-ear earbuds. Only problem is that others can't hear me when connected to the phone, so apparently there is a mic issue. This goes for both pairs that I have. I love them so much that I got 2 because the battery does my last as long as I need it to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have over 10 Bose products and generally love them. I bought Open Earbuds since I really want buds that won't fall out or feel itchy. These are great -- I can run and jump without ever losing one, and also barely notice I am even wearing them. The sound is great but of course since they are open, the sound is not as pristine as with the regular earbuds. Very good, but not quite a 5. And too expensive!
