Great sound, while still being aware.

I've had these for a week and they work great to still be able to hear surroundings and hear the music. They work really well for background sound at work. Don't have to worry about them falling out/off my ears. Love them!

Very disappointed with this product

I purchased these earbuds drawn by their sleek and modern design, which is indeed quite attractive. However, the user experience has been incredibly frustrating. It's nearly impossible to hold a clear conversation, join a meeting, or record a voice message without issues. The microphone quality is poor, and the noise cancellation doesn’t make up for the overall lackluster performance on calls.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying them without doing much research… and to make matters worse, I bought not just one but two pairs. Honestly, this product is nowhere near the quality standard one expects from a brand like BOSE. If I could, I would definitely return them. I wouldn’t recommend it

They are amazing. They don’t hurt my ears and they don’t fall out of my ears. That is a problem I have had with other ear buds. I love the color also.

Best on the market!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Bose Ultra Open Earbuds as a birthday gift, and I love them. I would never use earbuds before because my ear canals are unusually narrow and although I loved the concept of earbuds, I couldn't wear them as it would make my ears hurt. These earbuds are amazing since no part of the earbud enters my ear. Also, the sound quality is unmatched, nothing like immersive sound, and expect nothing less from the Bose brand. I can use well over 8 hours on a single charge. An overall amazing product, I recommend to everyone.

Definitely more Pros than Cons!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my “ sonic earrings” as my nephew calls them for about a month. I immediately was blown away by the sound quality! I kept looking around to see if it was really just myself that could hear what was honestly like a concert experience.
I do get frustrated when they do not auto connect to my phone and I have to remove them and the-add them, but not enough to deduct a star.
One thing- the fit could be better. Maybe I have a wider ear than expected? I also have a piercing on the cartilage in one of my ears, and although it’s a flat-back piece of jewelry, and very small, it seems to affect the fit. I do find I am regularly repositioning that side for better sound.
The silicone case isn’t worth the extra $$. It slips around making it hard to secure closure, and attracts every piece of dust, dirt, animal hair. I have been shopping for a better off-brand cover simply for the ability to attach a small handle.
The color is GORGEOUS!
