Good but it can be improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been using it for a week now. Its the most comfortable headphones I ever had. wearing them until they get down to 10%. Which last closed to 6hrs then I put on the other ear. So it last me alday. I like the physical touch. My suggestion is that touch should be the same on both sides commanding voice recognition not just on the left side. The volume can a little Improve especially for phone calls. Other than that I recommend this headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these for about a month and I'm still trying to figure out how to make them work. When I can, the sound is beautiful, but it's like "pulling teeth" to get the information to use them to their full capacity. For the "non-teenage" crowd, Bose needs to include a users manual along with that $300 purchase or they will be getting more returns than necessary.
