Please fix connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound, love that I can hear everything around me while listening. Super comforable, I forget to take them off. One major downside. They keep disconnecting. I have had to reset them multiple times. Delete the app, reboot the headphones, restart my phone, then they are fine. For a few days. Wish we could get an update for that, but still enjoy them.

Great...but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound and comfort are great. Battery lasts longer than advertised. Call quality is absolutely terrible. If you intend to use them strictly for music or ebooks, they are wonderful. If you also want to make and receive phone calls, look elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago ‘ but very disappointed because it does not work with my apple device for calls It does not work with my apple phone for receiving calls The sound is negative for me no bass and cannot compare with Apple AirPods

Not loud enough for podcasts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At full volume, I cannot hear podcasts. They're loud enough for music, but even putting a stretchy headband over the devices to hold the speakers closer to my ear canal, I still cannot understand spoken word with these.
