Decent open earbud experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Audio is nice for open ear-style earbud. Comfort is very nice. However, microphone during calls is absolutely horrible. You can have a conversation with them, but I've noticed that most times there's a lot of repeating what I said that doesn't happen with other earbuds.

I bought $8.00 earbuds on DHgate that work better. Phone quality is trash. I will be returning them asap.

Some good, some not so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good: very lightweight and comfortable, I can wear them longer than any other headphones I have (QCbuds and QC overear included). Sound quality is as you would expect from Bose - great.
The bad: I live in NYC and thought these would be great to wear around so I can be aware of surroundings while listening to audio. This works for music, but I can't hear my podcasts clearly enough even with volume turned all the way up. NYC is loud, so this is probably only be a problem in very loud situations, but it was disappointing. Also, I have very sensitive skin and the backs of my ears have gotten irritated where they clip on. A pity bc they really are comfy, so hoping that calms down with time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my bose open earbuds about two weeks ago. They are extremely comfortable to wear. I love that you can adjust the equalizer. The sound is crystal clear if your listening to music or watching a movie. The connection is not so clear with phone calls. The volume is very low and goes in and out. You have to keep repeating yourself , basically yelling to be heard by the caller,which defeats the purpose of wearing earbuds.I feel like the description should state that these are not the best earbuds for people that purchase earbuds for primarily phone communication.
