Could Be Better!

I bought two of these a month ago with “high” hopes and expectations based on a customers and industry expert feedback and our own brand awareness and experience with Bose products. We love all our other Bose headsets to included in ear and over ear styles. I wanted to give this a 4+ rating, but could not after just our first week using it. As with everything, there are pros and cons to a product that’ll define the overall review. Here are mine. Pros: unique and intelligent design, color options, spatial sound, easy to use. Cons: battery life, BT connectivity, loose fitting, falls off during activity, mic quality.

Love them! I've been waiting to get these for months! I finally saved up a little money from my Christmas bonus and got them. They're amazing! My ears are super sensitive, so "regular" earbuds, headphones or other similar devices do not work well for me. After reading some reviews and watching some videos about these Open Earbuds, I decided I would get them eventually. And I finally did! I'm so happy with my purchase. Great sound, perfect for my sensitive ears!

Fun new design, very comfortable, stays on during workouts, sound quality is great however they’re not as loud as quiet comfort due to them being outside the ear canal. Plenty loud enough to hear fine while working out and it’s nice to be able to have a conversation etc while listening to music. Battery lasts significantly longer than previous models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have ever dreamed of having a real life soundtrack, this is it! The audio is clear and you hear your surroundings, but more importantly intuitive technology connects multiple Bose products. The Smart Sound bar uses the Open Earbuds for surround sound. Best of all, the Bose app found an old friend - 10+ year old Soundlink Mini and synced up.

I'm able to hear my music, hear incoming calls but when I go to answer I'm not able to hear the person nor can the caller hear me. so I have to use my phones earpiece for phone calls INCONVENIENT
