Amazing sound and comfort. Not practical for work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When paired to my phone and used to listen to music, they sound amazing. And if that's all you're going to use them for, you may really enjoy them. They are super comfortable and don't interrupt what's going on in the environment one is in.
I bought them to replace an aging wireless headset that I use for work, however; and they weren't a good choice for that purpose. The first issue I have trying to use these the way I intended is lack of ability to mute the microphone without interacting with the device they are connected to. I really wanted to be able to move around the house while in a meeting without devices strapped to me and I simply cannot do that with these.
The other problem I run into is the battery life. They last about 4 hours on a full charge. The documentation says longer, but the right earbud that is doing the processing for the connection uses more power and its battery dies well before the left. In this state you can still listen with the left for the full 5 hours or so, it's not a good experience, and you lose the ability to interact with your device with the right earbud out of commission.
So, while these earbuds are amazingly comfortable, enough to put on and wear all day; I actually forget that I have them on, they don't work all day.
I wish I had done more research before buying as it's hard to justify the extra cost of these versus something that has the functionality I need.

With Immersive Audio and Auto Volume off, playback time was up to 7 hours before battery depletion. With Immersive Audio or Auto Volume on, playback time was up to 4 hours before battery depletion. With Immersive Audio and Audio Volume on, playback time will be up to 3 hours before battery depletion. Battery life varies based on settings and usage.

Simply amazing!

I love the fact that I'm able to hear my surrounding when walking with my music on. I've always been a huge fan of Bose from my regular speakers to my earphones and ear buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The earbuds stayed on my ear. That I loved, had problems with others not staying in or on ear. However, people was always saying they couldn’t hear me and the the volume was too the max high.
