Really bad instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These did not work well for me. The volume was minimal. The instruction booklet was tiny font and was impossible to read. I watched many videos trying to figure out how to make this work well with the soundbar I purchased with the earbuds. They still did not perform well.

Great sound quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These open ear buds are fantastic! I can listen to my podcasts or music, and I’m still able to hear what’s going on around me. Sound quality is so much better than I could have anticipated from open earbuds. Bose really knocked it out of the park on this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a week ago and love the sound, my previous Bose ear buds fit in the ear not around it, so still getting used to that. It is easier to have them on with music playing and still hear other things going on around you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad that I asked for and was gifted these for my birthday ! They have the best sound experience ever like your live at a concert, and yet you can still stay in the game with your surroundings and hear goings on around you......if you desire.

A little weak, but overall good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these after seeing the ads online and trying them at a media shop between flights. They fit well and are comfortable for long term wear. The sound is a bit weak, so wearing these in the air is out, or in any other noisy environments. I do use them in the office, as they allow me to still hear what others are saying around me, but I kept my (phone branded) in ear, noise cancelling earbuds for noisy environments or flying. If these could be a little stronger of a sound, I think they would be perfect. That said I give it a 4/5 overall, quality is high, but the weak sound makes it less than perfect.
