“Great Comfort, Poor Call Quality: A Disappointing

Given the price and the brand’s prestige, I expected much more in terms of sound quality. I purchased the product for the comfort it offers in its fit, but I am very disappointed with its performance during calls, as the signal is very weak and the audio quality is poor.

I love Bose products but having connectivity issues. They sound great and allow use while still needing to hear what’s going on around you. Great for general use.

Option to use only one earbud

Would be great if you could only use one earbud at a time. No way to select which earbud the microphone is active something even the cheapest earbuds offer. So if you get a call and you want to switch to them, no one can hear you until you put both on.

Got these as a birthday gift and I sure love them. They are so comfortable and the sound is amazing. I like the fact they don’t interfere with my earrings. Couldn’t be happier with this product.

For the life of me these open ear buds don’t work! No one can hear me. It’s so annoying! I’ve only had them 8 days. I love the design and I can hear music really well but, I needed them to talk and no one can hear me.

The BEST we have ever had

We absolutely LOVE these. We have purchase 4 pair over the past 6 months...for ourselves and two for gifts. The sound is great (always w Bose) but the clip on allows us to work in the yard, house, etc without the fear of losing one or both ear pieces (like we did w other types).
