I really like them but just to know it doesn’t take a lot of background noise to make it hard to hear but can’t have best of both worlds cuz it’s nice to hear your surroundings

Better than the other brands

I prefer this offering over the over the ear open ear buds. Much more comfortable, excellent sound quality, premium feel, app is easy to use. I like the we amd immersive audio features. At first, I did not like them, but after trying the other brands, I felt that these were the best product for what I do with exercising , leisure listening, and work.

They are great for listening to your surroundings especially while on the subway here in NYC or even if your job is outdoors like my job , I do not like that you can’t talk on the phone with these cause people can’t hear you , so that sucks especially for the money you pay .

I bought the Ultra Open Ear buds for my bf for his bday. He's said he loves the style and it's very comfortable but the volume does not go loud enough for him. He doesn't know if something is wrong with them. He's had them less than a month.

Want to “Love them” but I Can’t

I purchased these when they first came out. My reason for doing so is that I needed earbuds that stay in when I run or cycle. Love the AirPods but they don’t stay put and I needed to keep adjusting them as I run or cycle. I can say for sure the Bose stay put and sound great. Unfortunately I can only give them a three stars because the connection to my Apple phone is unpredictable. I am running the latest firmware but receiving and making calls is almost always associated with disconnections between the devices. Rarely the connection is lost the only way to reset the earbuds is to place them in the case. Kinda hard to do when you are on a run several miles from the case left at home. Finally one feature that is missing that I wish it had, the earbuds are magnetic and stick to each other. It should be that if I remove them my ears and place them together it should turn them off or cause them to automatically disconnect from the device but they don’t. I want to Love them but I wish they worked as well as they sounded.

The Bluetooth feature.

I made this purchase six months ago, but I am disappointed with this product. The Bluetooth functionality does not work properly during phone calls, resulting in poor sound quality for the person on the other end.
