So comfortable!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bose Ultra Open Earbuds! They are beyond comfortable. I have tried so many and they all proved to be painful to use, until now. Sometimes I forget there on and it feels like my own personal theme music being played. They help me to have a happy, upbeat day when I get to enjoy some of my favorite playlists. I don't have to turn them off to hear if anyone is speaking to me, or if I need to respond to a conversation around me. I am very happy with them!

Can’t Hear Very Good

I bought my earphones a few months ago and only used them 2 times. I’m disappointed in the earphones because I turn them all the way up and I still can’t hear very well. I have to push my ears up to hear anything. Seems like a huge waist of money!

Great for small ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally bought the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds after a few months of thinking about it. I have small ears so earbuds that fit are really hard to find. I've been using them daily at work and at home. I've taken them on a 2-week trip in South America and they worked perfectly. I love them so much I bought a pair for my mom. They last a long time in between charges and they fit very comfortably (I sometimes forget I have them on). Also, I value the fact that I can still be aware of my surroundings when I use them. The only cons I found for me specifically are related to the fact that they can sometimes slide out if my ears at the gym and that they can heat up a little depending on the temperature (both ambient temperature and my own body temperature).

Very sorely disappointed

I bought this a month ago and am entirely unhappy with the sound quality, specifically with phone calls. The sound quality is good for music etc, but with phone calls it’s basically unusable..bad and distant sound and an intolerable echo. I spent a lot of time with Bose support without resolution..they offered a replacement set and were very clear, if the replacement set was unsatisfactory it would be unreplaceable and non refundable…all the wrong answers.

Absolutely the best earbuds for exercise. Great fit, don’t worry about them falling, and the sound quality you expect from Bose. Only missing feature is wireless charging capability. Would buy a sleeve that enables this if available.

I've had the Open Earbuds for a couple of months, and they are amazing. I wear them at work so I can listen to music while I work and still interact with my boss when needed.
