Good ear buds

I got these as a gift back in May 2024. Before these I had AirPods. To compare, I love how these don’t go inside my ears. I was expecting the sound quality to be more being they are Bose. But for me, they fell short. I feel my old AirPods that were only a few months old before getting these, had much better sound quality. I just didn’t like how my AirPods went inside my ears and would always fall out even after purchasing different ear tips. Overall these are good, I just expected better sound.

Excellent for what they are made for

I use the open buds and the quiet comfort buds interchangeably. The open buds are mainly reserved for long runs, when I want to go through an audiobook or listen to my favorite tunes. A long, peaceful stretch of forest? One click, the headphones go quiet and you're fully immersed in nature. Tedious highway and legs getting tired? Another click and distraction arrives. The open buds are extremely comfortable, so much so that I often forget I'm wearing them. The sound quality is great and they look kind of groovy, too. The quiet comforts take over when I want to hide the world away, for example when I'm working in a coffee shop, travel in public transport or take a long haul flight. However they're a little dangerous for outdoor workouts (as the noise cancelling is 'too good'), and I don't like the way my steps are conducted as audible beat to my ears.

Love them! Forget that they are even on my ear when i shut my music off. Great distance for staying hooked to my phone when i step away from it. Definitely recommend!

Never going back to Standard Earbuds

Best earbuds on the market!! I can’t go back to a standard in-ear bud. So many great benefits to these making them well worth the price you pay.
- They do not ever fall off, I forget they are on half of the time
- They never need to be adjusted once on
- The sound level/quality are enough to drown out the world but also be aware when necessary
- Battery lasts for a full 8 hour work shift (for me)
- I only charge the case maybe once a week
- Very durable, as I have dropped multiple times while going 20 MPH on electric scooter and it is still in great shape with no impact on the sound quality (most other buds will have a loose rattling noise inside earbud)

Back to drawing board

I bought this item over a month ago with a lot of expectation. Sadly, it is not meeting my expectation . To be fair, sound quality is good when listening to music. However, when making calls people struggle to hear me and the sound is generally low.

Not a very thought out product and very expensive

They don’t have BOSE sound quality compared to other BOSE products I have owned or experienced. The microphone quality is trash as I repeatedly get that the person I’m talking with can’t hear me and they don’t sync well with the Bluetooth on my phone
