Great Features, Would like tracking capabilities

I bought these a few months ago and absolutely love them. I don’t like not being able to hear anything with regular in-ear headphones due to sensory sensitivities. I ended up misplacing them and the one negative of that was not being able to track them and I never found them.

Too quiet

They work great, function is fine. You just can’t use them effectively if it’s noisy, they’re just too quiet and won’t get nearly as loud as I need them at times. It would have been really nice to have the option to make them louder than I need, especially for the price.

I love the product, but you do not have “Find my Bose”. The older models have this and it’s saved me time and energy by finding them and not losing them forever.

Excellent earbuds for audio/situationally awarenes

Sound is very good for something that doesn't fit in your ear canal or over the ear. You can listen too music while still hearing and having conversations. Fit snug but are not uncomfortable. Great battery life and quick recharge.

Great sound for music, not great for phone calls!

I’ve had my Bose Open Earbuds for about two weeks now and I do like them. The sound is very good as far as music or listening to a book. The only issue I have with them is the phone sound quality for the people that I’m talking to. They always ask me to repeat what I’ve said because they can’t hear me very well. If you could improve on this I would gladly give 5 stars!!
