The comfort level is excellent the issues that concerns me most is the phone audio and the static sounds that occurs often. These headphones as they stand are decent for listening to music. I am a long time Bose user they have there work cut out, but it can be done.

Great earphones, one caveat

Great earphones, I get plenty of compliments too for how discrete they are. I love them because they stay on and have excellent sound quality. Only pet peeve is the microphone, the sound isn’t too good for calls in even in less noisy situations. You can hear your surroundings but your caller will too and they’ll miss every other word. I think the mic is just too far and not too reliable. Otherwise they are perfect. I switch to handset mode when I make or receive a call with these earbuds or use my PowerBeats Pro. The Beats’ microphone is closer to my mouth and picks up less background noise 🤷🏻♀️

Perfect earbuds for me

I bought these for my trip to the beaches of San Diego. The idea of an open ear headphone to enjoy the seascape while having music playing drew me in. I also have trouble with other headphones because they tend to fall out of my ear. I am throughly pleased with these headphones! They are comfortable, stay on my ears and provide the experience I was looking for. I hope they improve the calling capabilities, and being I love loud music I wish they were slightly louder at times , they do exactly what I need them to. Would recommend giving them a shot

I love the comfortable fit! The sound is very good. The multipoint works well. The microphone is absolutely horrendous. I have very expensive ear buds that I can't use for phone calls. Please fix this.

Great Buds, Not So Great Charging Case

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are great, but the Ultra Open Earbuds Wireless Charging Case Cover not so great. The top cover of the case does not stay put, it's always flapping open, and it does not adhere to the actual case top cover. I think I wasted my money on a Bose charging case that doesn't work right.

Could be amazing but some major issues!

I love the fit and sound when they work, but have had to have them replaced and have had the replacement for a week and the same crackle and connection issues are happening again. I’m afraid I’m going to have to reach out to support here soon for another resolution. I’m very disappointed as these headphones are so amazing when they work properly!
