Finally! Hot flash relief

Eleven years of multiple daily hot flashes behind me and I never knew that there was something out there to help until my sweet husband saw an ad and insisted I try. What a relief I’ve found with my Wave2! I’ve never been more pleased and I wear it every day as well as bedtime. I’m thrilled my husband encouraged me to try!

Short battery life

Battery only lasts for one day even with a full charge. I use it 3 to 4 times during the day and use the Cooling Sleep mode for 7 hours at night. I use the temperature control at 4 to 4.5 when I use it.

I've had the Wave 2 for approx. 2.5 weeks now. I honestly can't tell that its working for me. I am giving it a few more days but am afraid it will be returned.

I love my Embr! I

I love my Embr! I have Hot Flashes about every hour. The doctors have tried 3 different antidepressants that helped a little but the side effects were horrible. I’m too old to be on hormones due to the cancer risk. I use my Embr every hour of awake time. It definitely reduces the length of my hot flashes and if I am able to push the button when I first feel my body change then often I can stop the hot flash before it begins! Thank you Embr!!

I'm so grateful for Embrace Wave 2

I have had brutal brutal depression and anxiety since my 12 yr old grand daughter died. I was taking anti depressents and medication for panic attacks. These addictive drugs seemed to do nothing at all especially about the sweats that happened all the time.
My daughter, her mother, told me about Embr wave 2 and it has dramatically reduced the sweats. I was without it for 2 days when I couldn't find it and the sewage and anxiety returned with a vengence. I am so thankful to have it at this at a time that is worse than I can express.

Night time save

So far I have only used the wave at night. I deal with several cycles a night where I wake up so hot I have to throw off all of my covers (and nearly everything else!). With the wave, I push the button, it cools me down, and I go back to sleep - under the covers, just like I like to.

I like the style and look of it, I guess I was a bit disappointed with the results…
It does help me a bit with my hot flashes but I guess I was expecting more out of it… it does exactly what it says but for the price I was expected excellent results..
I still use it once in a while…
