I have had my Embr wave for about two weeks. It seems to calm hot flashes pretty well. Not instantly, but it cuts the severity, duration, and intensity of the flash by about 80%. I call that a win!

Wish the unit was smaller

Wish the unit was smaller &/or thinner. The buttons are awkward & wld do better on the top or outside edge. On the inside it is harder to see the light & use the buttons. I am 75 still having hot flashes & this is amazing relief from them. I also have rheumatoid arthritis & that is why the configuration is awkward.

I’m impressed by the technology, design, comfort and support offered by my Embr Wave 2. I have suffered from hot flashes for 20 years. The Embr Wave 2 helps tremendously in alleviating them. I have tried hormone therapy and herbal supplements with little results. It also helps with stress.

I think it's helpful during sleep, but certainly not thoroughly -- I have awakened damp! during the night while using the Wave.

I'm a single Grandma of a four-year-old I can't afford to buy one at the high price is there anything you can do to make maybe a model that's less expensive I am miserable and I really really need one thank you

My wife is hard to

My wife is hard to make happy. She loves this device. She actually has a hard time waking up now when before this she woke up all the time. I was hesitant to spend the amount on this but her satisfaction made it a surprise for me. Thank you, now I sleep better as well.
