I’ve not slept so well in 30 years. Going from 4 hours nightly to 7-8 has been life changing.

Still Hopeful

I was very hopeful the Embr Wave 2 would help with my sleep and hot flashes during my night"s sleep. I set it for eight hours each night, and turned it on upon going to bed. I did not experience any notable relief after trying for approximately three weeks; thus, I elected to return this. I was very hopeful, and sincerely appreciate the opportunity to give it a try. Love my Wave 2! I have had 21 years of hot flashes at an average of nearly one per hour. I use my Wave 2 99.9% of the time for cooling, but i have used it for warming. too. I wish I had this before I retired. Work would have been much better with a way to deal with hot flashes. I appreciate the flexibility of presetting the buttons. I wish the instructions would have been more clear about recharging or had at least given the web page to more information. It was extremely helpful. I am still trying to get the overnight setting for night sweats to work better.
