What a great invention!
I suffer with hot flashes, and this device helps me sleep right through the night time ones.
I love the color, but hope it doesn’t become “worn” looking. Love the settings, set it and forget it!

At first I was skeptical, but after the first night of wearing it I was extremely amazed on how much it helped me. Since then I never take it off. I've even shown my coworkers and had then try it on so they could see how amazing it is. This is the best investment I've made.

I bought the EMBR Wave 2 (rose gold) for my wife this past Christmas and she calls it a “game changer.” Over the last year or so, she has suffered from the effects of menopause to include both hot and cold flashes. Since she started using the Wave 2, her symptoms are far more manageable and less intrusive. One of the features she particularly enjoys is using at night while sleeping since she tends to run “hot.” The app is intuitive and easy to use as well. I was skeptical myself and was ready to return it if she didn’t like it, but I am happy to say it works and works well.

The Embr Wave 2 works

The Embr Wave 2 works great! It really stops my hot flashes quickly. As soon as I feel a hot flash coming on, I double press the cool button and the hot flash subsides. My only complaint is the wrist band. It is magnetic and it gets loose so I need to tighten it several times a day; however, it is well worth it to stop the hot flashes quickly.

I bought the EMBR Wave 2 for my wife for Christmas. She has been having hot flashes for over a year. I'll admit it took several days, almost a week, before she really noticed a difference. But now she swears by it; it is really a noticeable improvement in quality of life. I understand being skeptical (both of us were), but this does actually work if you have some patience. It has really helped her; she wears it overnight and most of the day.
