I use it for everything, I get cold easily so the bursts of warmth are great. I’ve also used it at night while sleeping!
I can’t wait to track my sleeping when the application has that feature added!

Love the convenience of the wave 2! I went to a play and it was stuffy and uncomfortable. But I stayed cool and calm using this device! I am also not dreading winter anymore! I know it will help keep me balanced! Great investment!

It works well. I have MS and have tried many things to keep cool. Wave 1 was useful; Wave 2 fits me better and that makes it more useful to me. Also, it’s pretty. I like that. Altogether the Wave 2 helps me feel confident and stylish when I am wearing it. Thanks, Embr.

I have had my Wave 2 for about 3 weeks and it is so nice to have. I can cool off when I have a hot flash or warm up when my body is cold. I use it a lot. I sleep better with it is on. This is a very useful item to have. When I have had questions I get a quick response from Embr. Thank you! TinaMarie Reimers

I was really excited when I first read about this device. I placed my pre-order and waited months to get it. It finally arrived and I set it up and downloaded the app and put in my settings as instructed. I am pretty tech savy so this was easy to use. BUT it did not cool me as I expected it to and yes I followed the set up instructions.
I have a very busy life as a healthcare worker and also care for my terminally ill mother so I lost track of the "30 Day Trial Period" and I also wanted to give this device a good chance. But no, it did not cool me and it feels really cheap. I reached out to customer service and was basically just told I passed the 30 day trial. So now I am stuck with a expensive device that I will not use.
BUYERS BEWARE and think twice before purchasing.

I wore it for 2 weeks every night to bed to ward off hot flashes. Wasn’t sure if it was working, then the first night I decided to MOT wear it, I woke up having sweat through my pajamas. So I’m sold! Keeps hot flashes away while I sleep without me even knowing it. Great product!

Slippery band makes placement tough

Feeling a bit sheepish having spent this much on something that just won’t stay put. It slides all over my wrist and the band pops off at the face connection whenever I tighten it down. Maybe I just need to buy a band similar to the Apple Watch-one that is rubbery and sticks to your skin. I am not sure if that is an availability? It cools (and warms) nicely when it’s in the correct position-it just doesn’t stay there.
