I have enjoyed this model so much more. It is a better size for me. It helps so much with my hot flashes and night sweats. I also is great that I can switch and warm when I need to when I get cold at work in the OR.

Dont buy this thing it doesn’t do what its supposed to do. I dont feel cool at all. I think honestly its a garbage and a waste of money. If I could ask for a refund than I would have refund it. If I can give zero star than I would.

I'm still not totally sold...

I'm a little skeptical, still. I will say that it's helped me sleep better at night, but I'm not sure I feel a noticeable cooling. I've also dropped the A/C three degrees to 67 with the cooler weather of fall... in Texas. I haven't tried the warming since I'M ALWAYS HOT. Maybe I can update the review at a later date. One other thing, I sleep on my stomach with my hands under covers or a pillow, and the opposite side of the Embr 2 can get very hot. It basically offsets the cooling aspect to me. It's very comfortable on the wrist, though. The super strong magnetic band is cool, but a little bit annoying when it attaches itself multiple times to the band in a clump. I do wish it was a little bigger to slide over my hand to keep from having to take it fully out of the hinge to put it on. Maybe an upright charging solution next time for easier charging as well, with something to do with the loose band lying around.

I had two regular Embrs but was going to take a cruise and wanted to be able to perhaps use two at the same time so the different app was what decided it. I gave on of my regular Embrs to a friend who has Reynauds, it helps her a lot. I use my old one when I work out so I leave it in my workout bag. I use the new one at home and really like the addition of 9 hours to sleep, I usually sleep at least 9 hours and one weekends, longer. I am susceptible to heat stroke and this has just about shut that down if I wear one when that could be a risk, like workouts.
